She is a Registered Professional Landman with more than 13 years of experience in various aspects of land work, including examining title, negotiating for and acquiring oil and mineral gas leases, preparing title run sheets and abstracts of title, curing titles and researching records of the Texas Railroad Commission.
Jennifer has served as Controller and office and financial manager for Calloway Engineering LLC since its inception in 2005, including the day to day financial operations associated with leasing, drilling, producing and selling oil and gas exploration projects. She is responsible for all CE financial matters including banking, accounts receivable and payable, monthly leasehold joint interest billing, project accounting, investments, licensures, and tax matters for the company, royalty interests and working interest investors. She communicates with the project stakeholders regarding all required documentation including confidentiality agreements, participation agreements, taxes, and working interest investments. She also communicates and keeps records of all company vendors regarding Master Service Agreements, insurance, invoices, and all other varied administrative paperwork.
