Qualifications: Forty-four years of experience in the oil and gas industry assisting professional scientists, engineers and managers. Scott was instrumental in developing and testing PHDWin in order to replace Ryder Scott’s legacy Cashflow program. At Noble Royalties and Endeavour International he developed corporate processes and procedures for integrating PHDWin into their respective business practices. At Range Resources (Tenneco Ventures) he designed an Aries database to replace a cumbersome spreadsheet budgeting and reserve reporting process.


Edward J. (Eddie) Schell

2014 to present - Drilling Consultant
Drilling Engineer and Supervisor over a 2-3 rigs operation in East Texas, drilling Haynesville and Cotton Valley Horizontal wells at +300F and 16 ppg mud (HTHP). All wells were drilled below the cumulative AFE budget and within 3% of the field reported cost. This area has both shallow depletion and high pressure saltwater injection. Successfully developed Saltwater mud for shallow hazards, optimized drilling parameters (hydraulics, WOB, rotary, etc) and revised Production Casing running procedures for longer laterals. Successfully drilled wells past 10,000’ vertical sections.

Mark A. Mitchell, Sr. has worked in the land and leasing business for over 40 years, where he has supervised up to 45 sub-brokers at one time working on various projects throughout Texas and Louisiana comprising anywhere between 400 to 500 acres up to 45,000 to 50,000 acres. His responsibilities have included examining title, negotiating for and acquiring oil and gas leases, pipeline rights-of-ways, surface and/or sub-surface use agreements, settling surface damages, preparing title runsheets and abstracts of title, curing titles, negotiating farmouts and/or farmins, and researching records of the Texas Railroad Commission and the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources relative to wells drilled in Texas and Louisiana.
